Love fit for flump! I have been starting to TRY to diet all week, walking up a big hill daily to take little one to school plus pushing other little one.. oh the pain.. and there's me trying not to look out of breath for all the cars passing by - I bet I look a state. Anyway, had 3 chocolate spread sandwiches this morning! I can't say no to nutella or peanut butter so I never buy them, DH went shopping this week as I had to take elsdest to birthday party.

So Phil, Kids make you fat (in some lazy weird woman's logic) :rotfl:

That fruit smoothie looks gorgeous though. I'll have one of them!

Er, that post was all over the place, not sure what I was trying to say - maybe it's another argument for 'chocloate makes you hyper'

at least like me your at the "planning" stage....all this thinking about diets again really tires a person out :p

well a little while ago I lost just over 3stone by diet alone....although after various hosp treatments & being more or less bedbound for a while it's starting to slowly creep back on again...

I've never lost a considerable amount of weight. I just don't have the willpower, I need a slap in the face to start me off. i'm a greedy 12 stone lass, wish I wasn't but.. gis a slap in the face!

Well done on the 3 stone Phil, brill - did you follow a diet or do it yourself?

well I started weightwatchers for a bit...then the leader left & someone new took over & to be honest she didnt really like me after we had a run in about how she spoke to another member...after that just did it myself really with nicky keeping a close eye on me! :D

as far as willpower? I had 0% percent but after some health problems the weight kinda put everything in prospective...and I want to be around to see my 1st daughter/son grow up. After recent surgery though my appetite dropped through the floor for a bit...but sitting around not being able to do much I started snacking again..NOT GOOD
