    Off out for a nice `stroll`....LOL more like 6 miles ...to blow those cobwebs away & get a bit fitter.:j:j

    Enjoy your 'stroll' ladies. I'm going for a 2 mile 'jog', did one last night! Why do we do this to ourselves? Oh yes it's to get fit and it definately means I sleep like a baby.

    we got rained on - a short but heavy thunder storm..we managed to get some shelter under a tree...great walk but a short one today only 4 1/2 miles...not quite ready for really big hills yet but if we keep going we will be :D

    Hope the legs OK Beth....might have been a shorter walk but hilly terrain & quite challenging in places too.
