Anyhow.......seeing as we're still celebrating from yesterday

I have some news.............

Some regulars & very very good close friends both old & new! (you know who you are!) knew health wise things aint been too great for me the last few weeks after having a scare then surgery & the MOST tiring treatment ever in the world.....well i'm due a scan & the all clear hopefully on tuesday fingers crossed

BUT the main news.......i've found out a couple of weeks ago :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j I'm about to be a 1st time new daddy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j

after the health probs we were told to look at IVF as a possibility for future plans...but before we set the ball rolling we found after 2 tests we we're expecting! well....I consider it a true micacle especially when the doctors etc said chances of being a father without IVF would be pretty slim...

so my world now has been turned upside down but for the better! my prioritys now are my clever wonderful superb OH & the baby i'll still be around but just not as active posting wise as I have been...dont think now poor OH is suffering so badly with morning sickness last thing she needs is talking to the back of my head as i'm here most days!!!!

to all my freinds here i've made over the last 2 and a half years for EVERYTHING you have done for me i'll always be truly truly truly grateful the words thank you just dont ever seem enough..I wouldnt have made it past the start of bankruptcy without you all...even on the crappiest days your all always here to listen no matter what

you all all TRULY amazing people!! and I feel proud to have met you all along the way

i'll stop now because its starting to get a little soppy and heaven help it turns into a huggie love in!

So when is she due??? Had a scan yet?? Got any names (Charlotte is a good one) ????

she's 8wks due 2nd april 2010!.....scan on the 17th Sep....and funnily enough we did consider charlotte as one of the first names

she's already making lists of girls names....god knows what she'll do if its a boy!

i'm just sooooooooooo excited....she keeps telling me off!

Start checking out the freebie board for free baby bits! The sooner you get registered with the likes of Boots and Babies'R'Us etc, the sooner you get the money off vouchers (boots used to give great freebies but I think they are slowing down now, still do a good Huggies changing bag when you buy huggie nappies but need the voucher to claim it). Only use Mothercare for a test-run of items - prams/pushchairs etc are a personal choice but handle them in Mothercare to see what models you like and buy them elsewhere (kiddicare.com is good!)
