I responded because, no matter how hard I try I won't suffer snidey comments, and I could just see today being another day doing cyber-battle.

And more important than anything I didn't want the scraps to deter others from seeking the advice that they needed.

I made one post, not sure if that is the one you are refering to. In case it is I will explain further - your OP was worrying over posting your SOA after your comments in DT, I read that as you being afraid in case people from DT would start adding comments to your SOA. Many from this forum made negative comments against people in DT and at the same time supported you by assuring you arguments would not continue beyond DT - as you were online and had not posted, I thought you were not assured and posted to say the same - DT forum comments stay there and it doesn't affect intreraction on other threads. At the same time I was hoping the negative comments would stop to avoid yet another thread ending up in DT.

No I don't think everyone thinks that way Lizzie. And for those that do-well, it's mind over matter....I don't mind, they don't matter.

My previous post was meant as a way to just draw a line under it and move on.

As you have mentioned in other posts, you have read some of mine so you know that my situation warrants my undivided attention. Not posting on threads in attempts to prove I'm not something others clearly think I am.

Hence the Vicky Pollard post. Just a way to close this matter and get on what I'm really here for.

I appreciate you posting to reassure me that I should go ahead posting. I certainly will, I very much rely on the help and support and help others have offered time and again. Love-ins, hugging, whatever some call it-I was lost and making myself ill with all the stress before I found this forum.

Dropped from a great height by my exhb, managed to tread water for the two years up to now. I have arrived at the decision to go BR as a way of saving myself and ensuring I can raise my daughter with a mind free from the constant worry of whether my exhb is going to honour his responsibilties.

Lastly, I have no axe to grind with you Lizzie. I would just like to move on from this if possible and get on with what really matters right now.

Stick together is our little club eh. We're not alone, 100 BR's a day in this country at the minute so it's something we're all going to have to get used to. There's money people out there that have made dire decisions and b*ggered many people up, I am beginning to relise it's not my fault. I'll not feed the people who have an axe to grind but that won't stop me joining in the love in.. cos it make me feel better and that's what matters
