A hot bath and some deep heat work a treat if its muscular pain.
Joint pain the trick for me is to keep it moving, the longer you rest the quicker it wil seize up and the more pain long term

Aww thats rubbish! I hate "bad back" days
Remember you can take your ibprofen in between your paracetomol (obviously don't exceed any dosage) But alternate them ever 2 - 4 hours and you should feel a huge improvement by this evening, if not tomorrow morning
PS i'm not a doctor or anything, just talking from experience and from what i have been prescribed in the past.
PPS i would make sure you eat before taking ibruprofen, they not the best for your stomachIn for a penny in for a pound :j0 -
That makes me feel hungry and queasy at the same time. :undecided
'Queasy', what's queasy?
