    Morning all......did someone mention me??

Can you do a 'brunch' version for me, phil?

With extra Black Pudding, please.

In Ireland White Pudding is always served alongside the 'black'. ;)

On second thoughts, make mine a good old 'Ulster Fry'.

Now I have had white pudding! That is yummy! They serve that in Scotland in Batter with Chips - you can get it from the chip shop!

It's the whole black pudding/blood thing that puts me off. sorry!

Does anyone like Soft Cod Roes? - I bought a tin thinking they were just fish eggs, how wrong was I.

Gonna have to chuck it, unless anyone wants it!

But they only collect the first gush of blood - before the urine drips down the pig's body and into the barrel, DON. How can that possibly put anyone off?

The rest of the blood is, usually, stored in tanks, kept at a constant temperature and agitated to stop 'clotting' before it is collected, in big tankers, for the cosmetics industry.

Not much wasted on a pig. :rotfl::rotfl:
