You have to get the URL of the image, say http://i41.tinypic.com/28c24ph.gif and then click on thebutton and paste the URL of the image into the box it gives you:



Clicking OK gives you your picture:

You can upload your images to get the URL by using TinyPic and use the "Direct Link for Layouts" URL that it will give you after uploading your images

Sorta reminds me of a nightclub/bar bouncer.

Just photoshop in a black jacket etc and would be spot on.
