hello how is everyone. i need a large drink as ive basicly took on Discussion Time all day.
its been quite amusing really, peoples views on travellers are quite offending
but hay ho

Lots of anger there.
A few years ago, I had to live with my Mum for a bit with my children (long old story) & her neighbour's were 'half-english travellers' as you put it. Nicest, most helpful-est people i've ever met actually, very kind to myself & my children. Never asked for anything in return, genuinely lovely. I for one will never forget their kindness toward me.

i admit before i met my childrens father i disliked gypsies on the same propaganda stories as these people have heard.
but it was just making me laugh that nowdays with so many races and cultures that these people can be so offending and judgemental.
im so glad i mingle on this part of mse oh and the freebies lol. i only venture off if its quietIf you want to see the rainbow ,you gotta put up with some rain0 -

Hi Lisa......I venture on lots of the other boards. Rarely if ever post ( although they know I `thank ` often where necessary ) so I think I`m well known ...if you know what I mean.
I agree with you that some posters can be `offending & judgemental` though....sadly `predudice` is very much alive & kicking out there I`m afraid!!
