    Legs have been fine all day but been on the move...just got up of the sofa after sitting for an hour and MY GOD :eek: I am rather stiff

    Ok so hover over your tool bar (near the printer icon) and the right click, choose customise in the drop down menu.

    A box will apear then grab and drag the smilie icon into the tool bar ~ wehrever you want.

    Once its in the tool bar you can use it.

    Once its opened search in the white bar anything and then your smilies to chosse from will list. Click on any to view at the bottom.

    Once you have a choice keep it clicked and the in the drop down menu choose forum code ~ this should start with a [ and end in a ].
