Problems with Valued Opinions

I'm having nothing but problems with this site lately. Am I alone? I can't log in, even with the correct password and log in, and I'm still waiting two months later for some vouchers promised. They gave me the excuse that they were using a different courier and were behind schedule, and that was four weeks ago. Should I just give in and tell them to stop wasting my time?

here's what they wrote the last time, after 28 days "
Dear Member of Valued Opinions,
Thank you for your email. We use a mailing company that usually delivers vouchers within 28 days. However, they had been waiting for a bulk order of vouchers themselves and tried to catch up with the backlog. We are very sorry for the delay but you should receive them in the following weeks. If this does not happen, please get in touch with me again to take further steps.
Should you have any further questions about this or any other matter, please do not hesitate to contact us at enquiries@valuedopinions.co.uk or check our FAQ.

no your're not on your own i havent been able to log in for weeks, and have you noticed how long it is before they screen you out, im thinking of canceling my membership because they are getting too much information out of me for free0 -
i have no problem logging but sometimes after you dont qualify for survey if you want to check your balance doesnt work
i found the solution, open new window and type the address again and it will work
for vouchers it takes long to deliver but they will come,is not just you
I hated because is long time to arrive and now i order amazon voucher ,you get them is second
i hope it helpsA rule of the universe is, the more you give, the more you get0 -
yeah i awlays plump for amazon vochers and you know that you will get them immediately unlike ipsos where you have to wait 3 weeks for them to email them to you - that takes the p1ss.
however the valude opinions take a while for the surveys to complete and show on your account - apparently takes up to 28 days0 -
I have received two vouchers within 10 days. (Tesco) so can't complain. What annoys me is that I seem to get kicked out of most of the surveys for not qualitifying when I've completed at least half the survey. They need to define their qualifying reponders much earlier in the survey otherwise people will get fed up and just stop responding. Nobody has that amount of time to waste for no reward at all.0

I think valued opinions is using latest survey fraud prevention software which looks at the patterns of the survey answers and screens you out.If i had known then what I know now!0

I totally agree with it being annoying when they kick you out half way through for "not qualifying", but I've never had any problems with them delivering vouchers. I normally opt for Tesco and get them within a week.
Hope it works out.0 -
maybe they kicked u off?!
i get my vouchers within a week.0 -
I was being offered surveys but when i tried to access them i was told there was a problem with my account. I phoned them and was told that they were using new survey fraud prevention software and because my wife who is also a member and i have the same IP address then i was being blocked. Luckily i had claimed all my rewards in Amazon vouchers the week before so i closed both our accounts.0

Valued Opinions, apart from having problems paying for the research you have done (I have a long list of unpaid for completed surveys on my account page) have adopted a (probably very, very, expensive) weed-out sytem called Optimus from Peanut Labs (sic) in California that is designed to highlight what they call "cheats", but because the system is deeply flawed, ends up weeding out genuine respondents( ie you and me).Together with masive software incompatabilities (surveys done but not registered, unable to log-in through Explorer 8 etc etc as these forum threads have highlighted) they seem to be in freefall. The Optimus system also identifies your computer and registers its fingerprint-something the data protection bods in Brussels are apparently looking into as a bit "dodgy".
Be warned. There are other Survey companies out there that are more efficient and not so intrusive.0
