thanks for all your replies. i dont need to pay anything up front. i was only concerned as i was put onto them by loans etc but they have now stopped trading. thanks to all who replied.

if you were refered to Orange Finance by Loans etc it's because they are basically the same firm, change in number and shareholding of directors I believe - also for any loan application that is goverened by the Consumer Credit Act it is illegal for any broker/IFA to charge you an upfront fee for introducing you. Any fee charged should be part of the credit agreement; if you don't proceed you don't pay

DONT USE THIS COMPANY
i applied for a loan with this company and was told it was finalised and the money would be in my acc in 48 hours. 8 weeks later and many forms signed i was told it had been declined (even although i was told it was completed) i feel there is only one person working in the company and get the impression she tells you anything to get you off the phone.
