Blooming heck - just phoned the courts, think I babbled a bit I was so nervous! I haven't booked anything but just wanted to find out how long the delay is between phoning them and getting an appointment - its about 2 weeks so I can have my chat with the CCCS on the 1st May and still be able to be BR by the end! They weren't as bad as I thought they'd be and the lovely lady explained the process to me and was helpful, though when I mentioned not paying for debt advice she said 'well I'm not sure about that'! Still one more thing ticked off my list!!BR 08/06/09 ED 10/03/10BSC member 2500
