I'm a bit stuck for ideas on what my little attendants could carry down the aisle on my big day.
Its a boy and girl who are both 18months old.
I was thinking flowers but to be honest they will probably chew them so not so great. I was thinking some sort of bell or something but really struggling to find anything suitable that is child proof.
ANy ideas you lovely ladies could provide would be grately appriciated!x

How about a wand for the little girl? Maybe a lucky horse shoe for the little boy if you can't find bells?0

my neice who was 18 months old when i got married carried a wand to match our colour theme.

My flower girls have teddies hanging from ribbon to match my theme.
In all honesty, the last thing I would want at my wedding is a small child being in possesion of a bell! :rotfl:Cross Stitch Cafe member No. 32012 170-194 2013 195-207.Hello Kitty ballerina 208.AVA 209.OLIVIA 210.ELLA 211.CARLA 212.LOUISE 213.CHARLEY 214.Mother & Child 215.Stop Faffing Completed 2014 216.Stitchers Sampler. 217.Let Them Be Small 218.Keep Calm 219. I'm getting my stepdad to make me a ring so I can make something like this for my 2 year old (but very small for her age) bridesmaid. I'm going to make sure the ribbons aren't too long for her and match them to the pink and mauve flowers on her dress.
Ooh, here's an idea, how about dolls/teddies in outfits that match what the children are wearing?Got married 23rd May 2009, many thanks to all on the Weddings and Anniversaries board for their help and support!

My niece had something like MsChazzer mentioned, but hers was about the size of a dinner plate, fully wrapped in ribbon, with 2 flowers at the bottom and a butterfly on to match the theme.
The only thing similar is THIS but it didn't have half as many flowers and the butterfly was attached to the flowers. It looked gorgeous. I havent got any pictures of it though sorry.
It would only cost a fraction of that price to make it yourself0 -
My first instinct was a cute teddy for them to hug wearing a ribbon to match the colour scheme.Mrs Chazzers idea is good though,I love that wooden ring with the ribbons attached and the little ones would love playing with that too.
Remember at this age they are probably still putting things in their mouths so be careful with what you do eventually decide. If you use real flowers make sure they are edible just incase."Reaching out to touch the stars dont forget the flowers at your feet".0 -
