Creditor has gone bust do I still owe them

Hi All,

I'm a bit of a newbie to this site but not to debt :mad:.
I have been paying a company since 1999 and recently found out that they were dissolved in 2007. I habe had no notification of any other company taking over their business. does anybody know what I should do.

any help with this would be grestfully received
