popped into boots in newport yesterday and cardiff bay today nothing to report wasnt much clearance stuff and no reduced sels very disappointing lol was hardly worth the half hour nag to my oh to stop there lol

Just had to post a HUGE "Thank You" to all that have posted about the MAGIC 3 glitch!! Have just completed a very successful mission & to say I am pleased is an understatement!! :j

I bought:
No 7 Glycolic Peel £17.60
No 7 Line Lift £12.50
No 7 Highlights (Island Glow - I'm going for the David Dickinson look!) £10.00
17 Wipes 99p
17 Nail Varnish £2.73 (free with any "17" purchase)
6 x Slimfast RTD Shakes (£1.35 each, but on 3-4-2)
1 x H&B Mag

Total cost: £52.92
Total Saved: £47.93
Actual Spend: £5.19 (& earned a £2 Poohie)
Also used a 250 points No 7 voucher so earned 60 pts PLUS 250pts = 310pts
Therefore, in Boots logic, the whole lot cost me 9p!!! BARGAIN!!:T

I was shaking so badly as I handed over the vouchers, I'm sure the SA thought I was ill or something. I managed to pass the items to him out of my basket in the correct order (I was clutching a piece of paper in my other hand with the correct order on) then I didn't show him how many vouchers I had & kept "producing" them out of my purse, so he couldn't grab them off me!! He looked very surprised by the end of the transaction, as the original total he'd asked me for was £37.** (from memory) & then he asked me for the final total of £5.19!! But, bless him, he didn't say anything!

There were no other clearance bargains in the store & no Nivea Trios or reduced bags or I might have bought some of them too! But I'm totally happy with my stash!! :beer:

Hope everyone else manages to find their products in stock & gets them through in the right order!!

No7 eyeliner (with a smudger at the other end) £6.90
Highlights £10.00
Pretty Polly tights £8
Hairband (Clearance) £2

Total = £26.90
- Highlights £10.00
- Clearance on tights £6.00

Total to pay = £10.90

And I had Boots vouchers so only cost me 90p real money and I earned 40 points and a poohey!

I couldn't find the Glycolic peel in Princes St (Edinburgh) so I now have a spare Glycolic Peel and Line Lift voucher, if you work around the Gyle area and want them let me know.

**Note: this would not involve exchange of personal details but some kind of "Wear a yellow rose" meeting outside Boots at the Gyle one lunchtime** If I'm still not allowed to offer this, let me know.

Flying fresian,I got a glycolic peel at Straiton yesterday,don't know if thats any help to you.

I only had a Peel voucher left so I got a Peel,and 2 Age Rewind serums (£5 off) on 342 for about £20+.I was quite happy as they would normally be £54!
I managed a magic 2 the other day with Peel ,Line lift and hand cream for £8.80..........twice!

I also picked up a NC bag set for £1.23 at Straiton..............not that I need any more toilet bags or make-up bags,I just couldn't resist at that price!

Used 2 pooeys on the Loreal single eyeshadows,very pleased at £1.88 or something each ,they look so posh! Might have to get more!:rolleyes:

I haven't posted for ages but I am back at work full time following last years BC surgery. It is seriously getting the the way of my bootsing! I still go bootsing when I can (not enough) but don't have the energy to relate my shopping sprees when I get back:o

Afternoon all have enjoyed a lovely day in the sunshine, Did nip to meadowhall this morning needed evans and new look, of course had to visit boots, Managed to pick up a nice perfume set, Ralf Lauren Notorious which had a 30ml EDP a 50ml body lotion and a 50ml shower gel. The perfume alone was £ 31.xx but managed to get the set for £ 15.xx really pleased. Flying_fresian had u purchased another item from No7 (for example, another eyeliner) u'd have got it on 342 thus it would have been free as one is able to use the Highlights voucher on 342 combo 2... but still a good saving u had...

Back on topic, upstairs in Princes St clearance they had Pretty Polly tights, No7 and 17 make up, Mister Mascara body glove exfoliator things and downstairs there is a pretty impressive selection of hair ties etc on clearance.

saw some nivea lipgloss balms today, with the lipcreams/balms priced at £3.18 in pink shimmer. Are these the ones every one is going on about? and are they 3 for 2?

Manchester Arndale have :-

NC bags, had priced checked as SEL £9.xx, they scanned at £4.xx (so I left them)

No GWP that I could see

Some MM clothes at up to 50% off but no mags with the voucher :mad: (couldn't find mine in my stash......... till I got home :mad: :rolleyes:) as there was a gorgeous red/white/blue skirt that would have been perfect for DD1's St Georges day at school.

No Borjouis sharpeners
