i had my shopping delivered today id used the xx1sum code and suprise suprise didnt get the 200 points, ive emailed tesco to complain along with the fact that i was charged for my buy one get one frees so i will let you know if they grant me the points,,,,,, anybody else in the same boat with the points??????

We used one of the SUM codes, it didn't show up on the delivery note but after an e-mail to customer services we got this reply:

"Thank you for your email.

I have checked our records and can confirm that 1000 extra Clubcard points for the order number xxxxx has been accepted.

Please note that it normally takes 28 days after delivery for points relating to orders from our online warehouses to be added to your Clubcard account. Points for grocery orders are added to your Clubcard account on the day of delivery and show within 24 hours.

This is the reply I got:-

I am sorry to learn that the extra points were not showing on your receipt and about the problem you experienced with the missing and damaged item. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I have checked and can confiirm that 1000 Clubcard Points with your groceries coupon has been accepted on your order and these points will be credited to your Clubcrad account at the end of this quarter and you will receive them in your August statement.

Am trying to complete my Tesco order - got £120 in the basket and the 200 extra clubcard points codes - XX-4SUM and XX-1SUM are coming up as invalid - haven't used it before . . . my sister also can't manage to get them to work - can anyone help?

Maybe they are person or area specific, mine worked that i got through the post, delivered today.
