Don't know, but I phoned them yesterday as I opened a new account on line ( £30 off £60 spend for new customers with a code) and I couldn't complete my order, found this number 0800 180000 instead of the 5p a minute one they give out - A really nice helpful lady sorted it all out for me.
She said I could pay in 3 installments without paying interest.

    Hiya

I have a few BNPL with Littlewoods and as i understand it if you pay ther normal balance without APR before the date it is due you do not pay any APR just the cost of the items,if you pay after you have to pay APR on top of costs, that is why it asks you when ordering how many weeks you want to take it over and also tells you the amount of APR you will be paying on top if you choose not to pay before.

We try to pay before as the BNPL gives us breathing space to get the money up and pay it off before they add the APR on top lol.
