What's the Deal?
Skoda are offering a free 24 hour test drive on either the 1.6 FSI Octavia Ambiente or the Superb Elegance TDI models.
What do I need to do?
Skoda have confirmed thet most showrooms will be participating but use the showroom locator to find your nearest one then ring and doublecheck to make sure. You need to book by 15 March and the test drive needs to take place before 25 March although it is likely it will be extended. You may also be eligible for the Skoda insurance but will have to check and make other arrangements if necessary.
Any snags?

It's one per houselhold and don't forget to take your driving licence with you on the day. There is also a standard £250 excess any insurance claims. See below for the full t's & c's Happy Driving!

Don't want a Skoda it's rubbish.

Shame they haven't got the 200hp new Octavia vRS included. I'd have taken one of those out.
Good spot though, but I'm happy with my Skud missile, and won't be defecting to the petrol side yet, especially one with half my current bhp...Money saving:
Buy a Skoda. Laugh at the VWs who paid several grand more
Its a diesel. 50mpg - laugh at all the petrols
Its a tuned 260bhp diesel - laugh at them in the rearview mirror as they vanish
See my 260bhp dyno run video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9BvjJjL7Z500 -

I suspect TDIfurby is pulling our leg.
Take a look at the signature!
There is a maximum mileage limit of 250 miles per test drive, the terms and conditions do not indicate what will happen if you go over.
Maybe a loop hole for unlimited millage?

On the terms and conditions it states that you have to return the car with the same amount of petrol as when you take it on the test drive, so it's not really worth it if you already have a car, if you haven't then I suppose it's a good thingWith Love From The Mistress xx

Therfore its not even a freebie !! so why is it here :rolleyes:0 -
well you can add 250 miles to someone elses car and not your own, plus why not, always nice to drive a new car.0

They did this last year. My local dealer wasn't fussed about the mileage limit, and I agree with trigger_mike. Much better to thrash someone else's car up to see the folks on a Saturday afternoon than mine. Besides, doing 500 miles a week, a change is as good as a rest!0
