Dont know if anyone else has spotted this but Sainsburys are offering the Sony BRAVIA U4000 SERIES HD-LCD 37" for £449 (was £599.99) and includes 3 YEAR warranty!
Might not be up there with the 1080HD models but its a nice set for the money. Will be off to my local store this weekend to take a look.

The Sony KDL37U4000 is the same as the KDL37V4000 however the U model is gunmetal grey instead of the more popular and modern gloss black (V model). The V4000 is available at £439 from robert whyte but you then have £19.99 for shipping so for only £10 more saves you a trip to the store and personally I think you get a nicer colour.
Another option is 37LG3000 from richer sounds which is only £439 including the 5 year warranty.0 -
