Argos returns

I bought a childs cycle seat for the back of my bike yesterday. One screw was missing which I only discovered in the last stages of building it which made it unsafe and it didn't fit my bike very well.

As I fitted it some of the packaging isn't "as new". Could I take this for a refund without too much hassle?

I bought a Kenwood food mixer from Argos 2 wks ago and when I was making my little boy fairy cakes yesterday, the whisk attatchment snapped. After reading the Kenwood booklet where it states their parts are so strong you will not need to repace them, I was wondering whether to go back to Argos or contact Kenwood direct for a replacement part? Any ideas/suggestions?

take it back to argos, if it broke after 2 weeks then it was likely to be broken from manufacture. youll get a replacement or refund within 30days of purchase

Took it back refund was painless as I said there was a screw missing.
