Problems with Ciao surveys

I've had a problem logging into both the Ciao site and surveys from them via email.
I have their home page in my favourites and it is www.greenfieldonline.com, but I click it and get a quick view of the page when it changes to ups.surveyrouter.com/. None of the links take me to ciao. I get the same when I click on links in the ciao emails, I don't get to the usual page "are you Mrs Bartolozzi?" just straight to the surveyrouter page.

Does anyone else get this problem??

Yes me, I was just going to post the same thing as you, I thought I was just being stupid, I've emailed to say I'm having a problem, but no reply as yet.

I emailed them about this this morning and got the following reply:

Thank you for your mail. We have been experiencing some temporary
technical problems on the website, but our technical team are working to
fix everything as quickly as possible. We are very sorry for the
inconvenience.

Thank you for posting this, I really thought either a) I had done something dumb or b) I had done something dumb to my laptop. This explains it all now.
