My Mum makes cards and loves the embroidered ones- but her hands won't allow her to '!!!!!' the holes needed- does anyone know if anyone out there sells 'pre-pricked' packs of cards in various designs?
Thank you
Thank you

Thanks to all the girls in the Cross Stitch Cafe! You're all fantastic! :A0 -
you could also buy a pricking tool and mat. These can be purchased from any place that sells card making items. look out for pergamano goods they are specifically for parchment crafts and you will be able to get the tools you need.0

my m-i-l uses aperture cards and does her embroidery on material then mounts them on an aperture card - would that be any good? The mind is like a parachute. It doesn’t work unless it’s open.:o

I too love making paper embroidery cards. I can sympathise with your mil, the pricking hurts my hand after a while too. Has she thought about buying an Impress die-cutting machine? They have stencils which do the perforating for you. The machine is easy enough to operate, all she would have to do is make a "sandwich" with the die & card, put into the machine & turn the handle - it works a lot like a pasta machine.
Alternatively, you could pr!ck them for her - it is possible to do 3-4 layers of card at a time & you could always watch TV too:D0 -
Thanks Ninepurrs (fab name btw!) i would do it my self b ut i live 250 miles away from her! That machine looks fab and i think that may do the trick!
