I do i make a pasta with cream in it freeze the left overs and reheat.
I would put it in the microwave for 3 mins to make sure it is hot and it kills any bugs.0 -

Yes sure, its not exact as I made it up, plus if you don't have all the ingredients just improvise, it will be fine!!
I used the below qty for two and there was plenty! (enough for 3 portions)
1 chicken breast
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic 3-4 mushrooms
cajun spice or cayenne pepper (tablespoon)
Parika (1/2 tsp)
Ground plack pepper (to your liking)
Pinch of salt
Tub of single cream
Dried pasta (any variety, I used twirls)
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Dice up chicken breast, pop in a freezer bag with the cajun spice, give a shake and pop in the fridge for an hour. Wash and chop all the vegetables. Fry the garlic in a knob of butter, then brown chicken for about 5 mins, add all the other vegetables and fry gently, for about 7 mins, add the cream, the paprika, the black pepper and the salt and heat through gently, allowing the cream to reduce and thicken, (whilst all this is happening, boil your pasta) drain pasta, add to sauce and mix in, can be served with some parmesan sprinkled on top, but is fine without it.
