Northern Rock -deal coming to an end

Hi I wonder if you clever people can help me. My current deal with NR ends on 1st June when I will revert to their SVR of 4.79 from 6.09%.
Because when I bought the product I had 'help with costs'of £700 which is payable for another 18 months. (kinda like a redemption fee I guess)
My outstanding mortgage is £79,000 house valued at £165,000 with 13 years of term left.
NR have said I can move to C&G mortgage on a fixed rate of 4.35% for two years then revert to their SVR of 2.5%, no product fee involved for switching just the £700 help with costs & a £250.00 exit fee.
My question is because of these fees and the fact I am able to make overpayments am I worth staying put?
Would welcome your comments on this:rotfl:

Id stay put, or look for a longer term fixed, 2 years, and the SVR wont be so attractive in my opinion!0
