Terms & Conditions
1) Open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over. Except employees and their families of Sports World, its agencies, contractors or anyone professionally associated with this promotion. 2) Claims must be received by 16/07/2006. 3) Offer is applicable to all England Away shirt purchases made between 28/02/2006 and 03/07/2006. 4) If England win the 2006 World Cup consumers will receive a full reimbursement of the cost of their England Away shirt purchase (the amount stated on their till receipt) providing the correct proof of purchase is presented. 4) Claims must be made on the official claim voucher and presented together with a valid till receipt, showing your England Away shirt purchase, in person to a participating Sports World store. Photocopies will not be accepted. 5) Illegible, incomplete and fraudulent claims will be invalidated. 6) Bulk claims made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. 7) Sports World takes no responsibility for claim vouchers or receipts that are lost or incomplete. 8) The offer is as stated and cannot be modified. 9) Sports World reserves the right to amend the running time of this offer, this will not affect customers already registered for the offer.
NOTE: Sports World will only accept claims on the official claim voucher distributed with the England Away shirt purchase presented together with a valid till receipt.
