Quorn Pie or good vege receipe needed

Hi
Have my parents over on Monday, Dad is vegetarian and Mum is very fussy (doesnt like Mince or anything resembling it). BF wont be happy unless he gets something substantial to eat. I dont eat fish so thats out of the question.
So was thinking Quorn pie with chicken like chunks in white sauce with loads of roast potatoes. I had this before at a friends house and was delish. Problem is cant find a receipe.
Could I just use a chicken pie recipe and substitute with quorn? Does anyone have a recipe they can suggest or alternative suggestion?
Thanks
Jo

I make this one:

Me and DD1 & 2 are veggie but DH isn't so I make it with chicken and do a separate one exactly the same way with quorn. The quantities in this recipe usually do for me and both girls and it is plenty. Rather than do it in separate dishes I just put it in one big dish. I've not got marsala wine but a very similar equivalent but I do think it does just add something to it.
The only other alterations I make is either omit the bacon or use quorn bacon, use any mushrooms I have in rather than chestnut (or none if I don't), lazy garlic or crushed instead of garlic oil and obviously veg stock instead of chicken.
Really easy to make and really delish too!

I would use Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup as the white sauce. It was suitable for veggies last time I looked0

i made a vegetable crumble using cambells condensed veg soup and any veg with a few xtra veggie stock cubes then a savoury crumble using wholemeal flour and porridge oats and cheese.0

we make one, using lots of onions, mushrooms, quorn pieces, diced carrots, peas, then onion gravy/vegetable gravy. fry off the onion, carrots, mushrooms, then mix in the quorn piece and some cooked peas. Make up a jug full of gravy and pour over ingredients. you can then either top with mash potato, or make some pastry and bake in the oven. Yummy!0

I use any 'chicken' recipe but use the quorn chunks instead of diced chicken breast - always seems to work0
