Sorry if tis the wrong place, I'm sure where to ask.

I had a tasting box and I was going to pay via quidco but its not showing in my account as needing paying. On the back of the invoice it says to go to chocs.co.uk - so does this mean its done completely different now?

You don't "pay" via Quidco.

Quidco simply rewards you for buying something. So in this case, you pay Chocs.co.uk for your order as you would normally, and then in a few months time Quidco will pay you a percentage of the sale price back as a reward.

For example, let's say I'm going to buy a DVD from Play.com. It costs £9.99.

I go to quidco.com, then click through to Play.com from there. I have to pay Play the £9.99 for the DVD, as normal. The difference is that Quidco will reimburse me 4% of the purchase price (40p) as a reward for going through them.

You've misunderstood me

I've used quidco for quite some time, the problem I have is that when I go to hotel chocolat via quidco I have to then leave the site and click another link which is choc.co.uk to get to my account to pay which would then not be going through quidco. Maybe its because its the tasting box and not their main products?
