I ordered mine on Saturday (11th) & still not received it, but after I'd ordered this, I ordered some full price items, which I got an email about yesterday & they arrived today!

I've still not got a despatch email for the gloss, so doesn't look like its even on its way yet, but I suppose they do have to catch up from the Bank Hol weekend & as 9th was Thurs, it might not have been looked at till yesterday. Fingers crossed both our items arrive soon!

Just got mine this morning.
Came pretty quickly.
Had a "not for resale" sticker on so I suspect these are unused testers.
Have had something similar from them before.

No a huge issue, but if you're getting them as a gift you might want to remove the label.
Last time I had to use some "sticky stuff remover", but otherwise you'd never know.
