Oh thank you so much Jackie. I just told my Dad about it and he's not that interested - apparently it's really a pain to get to. I thought he'd be really chuffed!

There's no pleasing some people, I thought it would be a nice surprise. Anyway thank you so so much for the offer, but maybe you can offer them to someone who'd really like to to go instead?

Thanks so much again and I'm off to grump, as would have really liked to go myself!

I know I'm in my own little world, but it's ok - they know me here! :D

    2 spare tickets still available.

    GONE!!
  • Anyone got any tickets spare please.
  • Having just got back from Grand Prix weekend, I can assure you that £50 is an absolute steal. If you are walking distance camping wise from the circuit, you can stay in a field with next to no facilities for £80-100 per night.

Whittlebury Hall (which is a heck-of-a-walk) was charging something like £200 for the weekend PLUS £200 for a hookup (and if you were unlucky, you only got a 2 amp socket)

    Sorry but that's completely wrong

We stop at Whittlebury every year for the GP. We stayed from Wednesday night till Monday morning last week, it cost us £135. You also get free entertainment such as a band every night thrown in. Also it only takes us 10 minutes to walk to gate 5 (pit straight) as Whittlebury has it's own footpath to the track.

We are stopping here in our caravan for the world series and it's costing us £35 for the Fri/Sat/Sun night. That's as good as value as any normal campsite. I don't work for them either, just thought i'd put the record straight ;)

    Hi
Just wondering if anyone has some tickets? My group seems to have expanded-extended family coming to visit. They would be much appreciated.
