Is anyone having problems with Valued opinions emails?

Don't know if this is the right place to ask this question? I have been receiving emails from valued opinions but they have been blank!!
It says in the header as normal 'Reward offered for new survey' then it is blank, not a thing in the email. This has been going on for some days now and i just wondered if anyone else was having the same problem?
My other emails from everwhere else are fine, it is just Valued opinions and i have emailed them but they seem to take ages to reply.

no i received emails fine one yesterday link didnt work tho but sent again later and did even tho i didnt qulify and one today said id already entered

Yes, for a couple of weeks via my isp email address. If I forward them to my hotmail account, all is mysteriously visible and fine...

I had one where it said press Next to continue, but there was no Next button.

Try logging in on their site? Maybe you can access them from there?

I have just tried forwarding the email to my hotmail and yes the email is fine! Very strange, why is this?

It sounds like your email service provider is blocking the images in the page?

Add valuedopinions email adress to your contacts , hopefully that will sort it out

I'm having exactly the same problem - so will investigate the contacts suggestion. You can read the email by replying or forwarding (you can then view the email before pressing send) in my case. Although the links don't work.

Suddenly all my emails from Valued Opinions are coming through OK again - I don't know whether they or my ISP (Tiscali) have changed anything but it now seems fine.
