Is it possible to get a mortgage with less that 10% deposit?

    as a first time buyer you may well be eligible for the own home scheme which provides 100 percent funding for your home.

    or you could always buy something cheaper

    So why have we got regulars here stating No when they know fine well there are 95% LTV mortgages out there:confused:

    5% is less than 10% so the answer to the question is YES

    If you have £5000 saved, you will obviously need another £2500 just to make the deposit.

    Yeah but 5 grand is less than 5% of 150 grand
