    No, but what is the alternative?

    Ignore this - you may have screwed up your financial situation but there's no need to potentially screw over an innocent party when your prospective tenants are kicked out with no rights or notice because you've voided the conditions of your mortgage.

    Sell the flat, take the loss and live and learn.

    Got to wonder the logic in having a flat and living elsewhere when you have no money.....

    Why not live in the flat and give up 'elsewhere' ?
