600 credit score

Hi,
My credit scores are not spectacular but I have no CCJ's or bad payments for over a year. Here are my scores. Firstly, how disasterous is this ? What will this preclude me from and what will it enable i.e. will I ever be able to get a mortgage etc.
Experian: 668
Equifax: 593
Callcredit: 755
Secondly, I recently tried for a T-mobile account and was turned down. Rather than leave big slodgy credit file footprints everywhere does anyone know if I am wasting my time trying any of the others ? i.e. o2, Orange etc.
Many thanks,
Bill

To be honest these credit scores from the credit agencies mean nothing and are a waste of money because all creditors will score you differently for different things.
So never use these scores as a benchmark for what your score is becauce no one creditor could ever determine that accurately, for themselves maybe but not for another creditor.MFWB
Mortgage when started: £232,000
Current mortgage Sept 2024: £232,000
Mortgage free day: Sept 2029
Saving: £12k 20250 -
hi, i agree these credit scores mean nothing companies award you points when deciding credit no company is the same, some may give you it some will not if you have cjs most will not give credit some will if cjs are 12months or more but you will pay for it if you apply for mortgage etc as for mobile go get a pre pay its cheaper any way and no long term contracts reguards andrew0

If you really need a contract phone, i think the one most likely to take you on with "bad" credit is 3 - although that doesn't mean i would recommend you go with them! Yes, you will probably get a better deal than the other networks, but service can be hit & miss and their customer service is apparentky terrible!0 -
I agree with what has been said before, stick with PAYG.
I am stuck in a mobile contract that is going to cost me a minimum of £420 this year and it isnt even a good deal anymore. If you want a contract because the new "free" phone looks appealing dont bother it isnt worth it, you will only use it to text and make phonecalls anyway so it doesnt need to be that fancy.
If you want it for the camera buy a cheap digital, it will costs less. Games and ringtones cost extra too so you'll be saving even more with PAYG, its too easy to download them onto a contract phone and get a huge bill. Get a friend to send them to you via bluetooth instead.I owe, I owe,
its off to work I go,
I work all day for f***all pay,
I owe, I owe, I owe :rotfl: :rotfl:
Debt: Credit card £21700
