500 free tickets to the ballet, "Sylvia" in London, 16th & 17th April

Wasn't sure where the best place to post this was but here goes!

One for the more cultured MSErs (was sent this by the Evening Standard newspaper)
Featuring music by L!o Delibes, the composer of Copp!lia, Birmingham Royal Ballet present a major re-working of Sylvia.
When the marital strife between Count Guiccioli and his wife threatens to disrupt their anniversary celebration, the Count’s infidelities endanger the burgeoning love between Amyntas and Sylvia, their servants. It is left to the God of Love, Eros, to reconcile their differences as he takes them, and us, back to the age of mythical Rome and teaches them all a lesson in Love.
A fizzing romantic comedy packed full of joyous choreography, this twist on a classic ballet is absolutely unmissable.

We have 500 top price tickets to give away to Birmingham Royal Ballet's Sylvia at the Coliseum over the 16th and 17th April.
Terms & Conditions: Maximum of 2 tickets per household. Applies to top three prices ONLY (normally £65, £55 & £35). Subject to allocation availability. Not available retrospectively or in conjunction with any other offer.
To apply for tickets please ensure you are logged in, choose how many tickets you require for what date and then click below. If you are not yet an Eros Card holder, please register for free below.

Free ballet tickets for BRB, that sounds as if the reworked choreograhy could be suspect for this lovely classic Sylvia.
American Ballet theatre were terrible at the Coliseum last weekend. Think I will cancel my pre booked tickets for the 18th - can't take another 'classic' being 'hammered'.

Thanks to Darkangel for the original post. Really enjoyed this last night - good seats in the front circle & excellent performance.
  • It was a beautiful ballet. BRB are keeping up their impeccable standards!
Well done to David Bintley for his new take on the storyline.
