It's been posted a few times already.....

Now, be fair, the other EIGHT postings have all been on the Shop Don't Drop board. This is the first on Grabbit!

However, I do think it's about time they were all merged.

I've moved this one to Shop but don't drop as this is where magazine subs offers should go as explained in the posting guide for Grabbit..... "Magazine Offers incl subscriptions, free gifts etc... should all be placed in this thread here" :)

I received this today re the Marie Claire 3 for £1 "Thank you for your e-mail regarding you subscription to Marie Claire. We have checked our records and can confirm that your free gift has now been ordered. This will be a L'Oreal gift set. Please note that 28 working days should be allowed for delivery.

Should you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Kind regards

    Kirsty Evans

I've not had a reply from Red about the Decleor - the first one told me it was en-route and to allow 28 days - it is now more than 28 days from the subscription - not sure if they mean 28 days from the date of their e-mail. Has anyone actually received the Decleor stuff? I subscribed really early on in the offer but I'm thinking I'm not going to get it.

I received this e-mail from Red today - which is fair enough and I understand that they may have been inundated (although I did apply early) It's nice they responded so pleasnalty. I'm annoyed that though that I had been told it was enroute when it clearly wasn't. Oh well - got to take the rough with smooth. "Thank you for your recent email.

Firstly please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have been caused in receiving your subscription gift.

Unfortunately the stock has been delayed and we are still awaiting further deliveries. We do hope to despatch the gift within the next 28 working days.

I would like to assure you that this is not the normal service we wish to portray and that this delay is totally out of our control. However we do understand the unnecessary inconvenience that this is causing our subscribers and hope to rectify it as soon as possible.

I am truly sorry for the frustration this has caused but do hope that you are enjoying the magazine"

Hiya misty, i received a second email today from marie claire after reading that others where being offered the Loreal set, the first email offered me nothing but to cancel if i wasn't happy, today i got this one

Thank you for your email regarding your new subscription to Marie Claire.

Firstly, please allow us to apologise for the inconvenience and confusion caused in this matter.

We have been informed that a line of text advising customers that this offer also includes a free gift had been left on the web site in error.

There is currently a separate offer available which includes a free L'Oreal set and the price for this offer is £6.56 by three monthly Direct Debit. Please be assured that we have ordered the L'Oreal set for you and we have also reduced your payments to £6.56 every quarter.

there seems to be a difference in what response marie claire are giving us all
Good luck tho, i really hope ya get the free gift with the £1 offer
