i just called them on the phone number above (post 420). They have confirmed that I will get my free Decleor gift but they are awaiting more stocks from their supplier at the moment so there is a bit of a delay - but he did assure me that it will definitely come!!

Same with me, well can't get past the page you input your address. It seems like there is the part missing on the page that the direct debit details usually go.

I rang red & marie claire today. Marie Claire confirmed that there had been a web error and a free gift should not have been offered, however according to Customer Service and supervisor we will be getting a gift. They don't know what it is yet but we will get something, I'll reserve judgement until it arrives!!

Red said they didn't have my order but then I rang back with sub no and they found me!!

Decleor out of stock, but more on the way and will def. get one, again I'll believe it when I see it.

Strangely today I got another Sanctuary gift set through the post. I assume it is a replacement from Zest from months ago. So far from zest I've had a sanctuary set (one item damaged) an original source body mist fragrance and another sanctuary set. No Calvin Klein perfume though!

I suppose it only cost £3
