I had a similar problem with the Red magazine offer, didn't receive confirmation email but sent the direct debit form to them, thought I had better check to see if they had received my subscription, which they had, but there were no free gifts left! I asked them to cancel, they told me I would have to do it by cancelling my direct debit with my bank. :rolleyes:
