If you need a chocolate boost try the new muller vanilla with chocolate - its enough to knock the edge off the craving for me.

I agree with Kandipandi on that one. I'm currently between sizes which is driving me mad. Don't want to shoe-horn myself into a 14, yet 16 is too baggy - not a good look either way! And there's no escaping changing room mirrors - especially Next with those 'helpful' rear view ones!!!

These are from the Paul McKenna 'I Can Make You Thin' plan (see thread):

Eat when you are hungry (it IS ok to do that! :D) and STOP when you think you are full. Also SLOW DOWN your eating and eat conciously, really appreciate each mouthful.

chew sugar free gum to keep you occupied and can kick a sweer craving for a while
fizzy drinks can fill you up for a bit (diet)
eat whole fruit rather than smoothies- loads more goes into a smoothie and the fructose is more freely avaliable as your body doesnt have to work at breaking it down and its also bad for your teeth!
keep calm and carry on :rotfl:

i concider myself a proffessional dieter, my life pretty much revolves around trying to lose weight or trying to gain weight.

The biggest mistake i see from amature dieters men and women who want to just shed a few pounds is no eating enough. Starving yourself won't help you lose weight if will make you grumpy stressed and fed up and there really is much better ways to lose weight, why make life hard on yourself when reall you don't need too??

the girls at the place i work hate me ... in a good way of course. since january they have watched me stuff my face and gaining over a stone in weight on purpose only for me to announce 4 weeks ago it was time to lose it again. 4 weeks later besides multiple comments from them like "geeze are you eating again.. you never going to lose weight this way" im offically below my pre-christmas wieght and aiming to lose another stone and they are honestly shocked, however i have a number of converts who've asked me to help them lose weight.

I am never hungry dieting, dieting isn't a chore for me it's simply a change of menu, i don't dread or fear it because im a "full and content" on diet as i am when im trying to gain weight.

I think the key to losing weight is reving up your metabsalism, feeding your body GOOD food and enough of it, by making sure your body is well nurished and all engines are burning at full capacity weight loss is just a matter of science. In V's Out.

As my trainer said ... bodys are like cars you can't expect it to go from where you are to where you want to be without filling up on fuel.

Another one I have thought of:

A hard boiled egg much more statisfying than a fried egg plus less calories because of the oil for frying.
