very worried about my dad

    thankyou tigerfeet and radiant soul you have both been very helpful, contrary to what some people think we both feel terrible about this situation as my husband has also had to include my dad as a creditor as he still owes him 8k he certainly didnt want this to happen and unfortunately no one can forsee the future if we could then there is no way he would have taken the pub on my husband worked damned hard to make the pub work but was fighting a losing battle with the pub company and i know that up and down the country there are many other landlords having to go down the br route. i just hope i get some joy on the job front after applying for over 20 in the last month fingers crossed once again thank you very much

    Hi there, you seem to be a bit calmer now. I cant offer any advice but i wish you both good luck in finding jobs and that your financial troubles get sorted.

    Hi catdavlee. I don't have anything to add but just to say I know you and your OH must feel awful! I would take whatever documents I had and go see a specialist debt advisor at CAB and see what they have to say.
