Do not pay Yes Loans a Fee !!! Avoid Them

Hi I thought I would join this forum to warn everybody about a company I used to get a loan called yes loans. I rang this company shortly before Christmas So I could get a few little extras for my kids. I’m currently not working as I am brining up my kids on my own and money is very tight at the moment. I wanted to get about £1000 and pay it off over 2 years I tried my bank who couldn’t help because of a low credit score. I then looked around on the web and quickly found the site for a company called yes loans from their web site below they looked like a great solution for someone like me
We can arrange Any Purpose Loans for both Homeowners and Tenants. We help thousands of people every day, with a wide range of circumstances, to find the right financial solution. We can even help if you are suffering with defaults, CCJs or arrears. Whatever your circumstances and even if you have a bad credit history, we can get you back on track
I spoke to one of their phone people who was really nice and after a 5 minute call had taken all of my details was able to tell me that they could get me a loan. I was a little suspicious as the banks had turned my down but they said as they have a large group of lenders they were still able to help me. Then they asked me for a fee of £60 pounds to cover their administration costs. I was a little shocked i have never heard of any one paying a fee for a loan before but I asked them if my loan was guaranteed and they said it was . So I used some of the money from the kids Christmas present fund to pay the fee. they assured me I would get a call from their lender within a few days. A week passed with no call from my lenders so I gave Yes loans a ring and after speaking to their phone people I was told I had been declined because of my credit score. When I told them that I had told the man on the phone originally about my credit score they said that it didn’t matter I had been declined and would be unable to get any loan in the UK !!!! I asked about getting my money refunded and was told that
Yes Loans Don’t have a refund policy
I’m now at a loss as to what I can do to get my money back can anybody advise me ? And some advice for every one reading this please please for your own sake avoid using Yes Loans they are a total con and will rip you off you won’t get a loan or a refund AVOID YES LOANS

Posters on here say that you will eventually get your money back, but it takes time and persistence. Welcome get such a bad press on this board (almost daily) that I am amazed that anyone uses them.
I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.
  • thanks for all your help and ideas guy keep them coming who are welcome by the way ?
