why do they need your card details if the 1st one is free, is there small print somewhere to say you agree to order a certain amount?

will they send you a box everyweek until you cancel it ??

Hi,

I did Graze a little while ago - the boxes are great and you can pick what you like and dislike.

You do have to cancel but its very easy to do and you can cancel right up until the morning of the day before the box is due.

I only had a couple of boxes and cancelled without any problems.

can you cancel it online or do you have to call them ?
i know it sounds silly but i have a bit of a phobia of phoning people!

Cancel it online!,v.easy by the looks of things, this offer is for 1 free box and 2 discounted boxes,different offer to previously posted, hence why credit card needed.

i have signed up to this, but as i clicked the submit button after putting in my card details there was an error and the page wouldn't load, when i go back onto the website it says that my next delivery is due on the 17th as i chose fridays, but when i was filling in the registration stuff it had said that it would be delivered on the 10th ??

I had this problem, but I just went back in with the password set up and changed my days,on the deliveries page!

i tried that, but it won't let me change it to this friday, maybe cos its bank holiday ??

i've now changed it to saturday, so it 'should' arrive on 11th. - we'll see

Theres no deliveries this Friday (Good Friday) im soo gutted been using grace for about a month now and i love it, the service is great would reccomend to any1 and the fruit is always so fresh tasting, once you try your first box you will not want to cancel it lol
