Hi Sue I won a Big Prize this morning and the same thing happened to me after the initial panic I checked my email and have received a "Congratulations you won a Big Prize" confirmation email but it still won't let me enter my details have sent them an email and will ring them in the morning.

BTW my name is Sue also!

Hi Zorro. I've sent off an email too. To be honest after reading the game had already had glitches I was thinking there might not be much chance of those deckchairs but hopefully we might be in luck

Thanks cg it wont let me log in to the game as the error page is still there and my OH has already played so can't check his account. Never mind will just have to be patient. Its just confusing as we are both Sue!
