Final salary, defined contribution or group personal pension?
If the latter two, which provider, and invested in which funds?What annual charges payable?
Transfer value of each pension

I agree with this. The PPF (Pension Protection Fund) for instance appears to be a god send for anyone in a final salary scheme who is nearing retirement with an unstable employer/ex employer. I personally think it's a time bomb long term, and anyone below say 40 is VERY unlikely to get the 90% "guarantee" that is in place now should their scheme go under the PPF, but those who are a bit older will be luckier.
Note this is just my point of view rather than fact.0
