Has anyone had a success with Abbey reclaiming PPI?

    Have a loan with them and topped it up December 2007 over the phone. Was given the monthly repayment but no discussion on PPI entered into. Checked my agreement and sent them a letter on 31st March along with one to EGG. Egg have replied 5th April with usual letter. No word from Abbey yet!!!

    I didn't sign!! I have a copy of the original. Obviously if I have been mis-sold the policy I would like a refund. Normal I'd say.

    If it was online you might have signed electronically?

    Top up loan was done online and then they sent the paperwork through for me to sign. As I said previously, I have the original paperwork here and the PPI was not signed or ticked. Have not heard anything back from them at all and just wondered if anyone had has success with them. Thanks
