Advice re LO hearing

Hi all
Juat when I thought it was all over!! I rang the court today just to double check that the LO hearing set for tomorrow has been cancelled (we settled in full on Friday, and the case was declared settled and closed). Low and behold the hearing has not been cancelled, it is going ahead, we spoke to the CSA today and they said becuase it is so late it could not be cancelled but that it would be a very short declaration that the matter was settled & case dismissed kind of thing, they have assured us the case is closed and there is nothing to worry about and no need for us to attend court.....can I believe it? Do you think we should go to court tomorrow just in case, or is this perfectly normal??!!
Thanks for any advice!!

There won't be any liability order granted it will be stated that the debt has been cleared and that will be it.0
