need a chunky zip

Can anyone recomend any online haberdashery stores? I need to replace a zip in OH expensive fleece. Ordered one from local shop 2 weeks ago only to be told today that she's having problems getting any chunky plastic zips at the moment. I find this hard to believe. Surely there's not a national shortage.
Anyway decided it was probably cheaper to look online than spend petrol and carparking money trailing round town.
Thanks, Alison

Chunky zips are REALLY expensive. Cheapest way to get a suitable one is likely to be to buy a cheap fleece in somewhere like Primark and 'recycle' the zip!!!!Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0

I was trying to find a good online haberdashers to buy decorative trims yesterday. Seems to be a real gap in the market there to me. I found an amazing shop that sold fantastic feather trims but the shipping from New York is just as phenomenal! Not much in the UK. You don't say where you live but you could try your local market they often have that kind of thing. I fully recommend Abakhan fabrics if you live near any of these places; Mostyn in North Wales, Manchester, Liverpool, Birkenhead, Preston or Stoke-On-Trent0

Thanks for your replies and advice folks. In the end I actually managed to get a zip no problem from a shop on Huddersfield Indoor Market, I think it was called the New Sewing Box. It wasn't too expensive either certainly cheaper than a cheap fleece. Under £4.
However, next time someone breaks a zip I shall seriously consider simply taking it to be mended as it took me the best part of two afternoons to get the blessed thing put in.
In fact if it had't been such an expensive garment I'd have just put it in the recycle bin at the local tip.
I get very anoyed when zips break in an otherwise perfectly good garment. One of my pet hates
