    Hi all,
Is anyone else having problems with Boots today? None of my items are showing as 3 for 2 and is trying to charge me full price - I have emptied my basket and started again but no luck! I have spoken to Boots who don't know what is happening and have offered to take my order over the phone but I am worried they won't accept the other codes :0(

Just tried three different items from three different departments and they are showing as two full price and one free in my account.

    Hi All,

New to boots codes and points never really bothered before :o

I have two questions if someone wouldnt mind enlightening me .. ..

1- Im sure I have seen others adding two codes, I wanted to use a parenting one and alos the 1000 points for spending over £100, Can it be done?

2- I have an advantage card here, but I dont use it much do I just put the short number on the card in the box?

    Thanks All xx

From what others have said you can add a few codes to your order, especially the extra points and parenting ones.

Haven't got my card with me right now but I am sure you add it all including the number after the space. 8 & 1 didgits (well that's what mine is)

  • Wondered if someone was able to help me. Am placing an order of £100.46, and am using the 1000 extra points for over £100 spend. I have ordered 2 items of similiar as i'm not sure which will be suitable and will have to send one back. Will I still get the extra points or will they be taken of me on return of the item?
    Any help appreciated.

I think if you return an item for a refund they will deduct the points, not really sure what happens with the Bonus points. Not sure happens if you return for refund in the store but the invoice indicates the points will be deducted if returned via post.
You could always give them a ring to clarify.

Had such a time trying to process my order....site slowed down then crashed....like wading through treacle and then when I get to checkout, my sub total is showing the correct amount but the order total is coming to £11.74 more than my actual order.....so did not place my order as I could not be sure of getting a refund if I rang them tomorrow.
Never mind there should be another Christmas Event in November !!!! and I will be more organised and get my order in earlier in the day. Although hardly my fault today, looking after the grandchildren and have them sleeping over.

I had problems with the site earlier, first nothing but a blue screen and then when it was working the 3 for 2's were not coming off. Hope you get more joy later. :)
