    I am a member of the parenting club but the fiver isnt coming off the total? any ideas?

    Check that you are a member of the parenting club online (in your account on boots.com)

    I couldn't get it to work and couldn't understand why because I am a member of the parenting club and get the mailings etc but when I actually went in to my account it wasn't on there, I put the details in and it worked.

    I don't think it carries your parent club membership through from your advantage card number if you know what I mean.

    Its not working for me either, and its showing my sons details in the parenting club section so I'm definitely a member. Ah well!
