Also, had 6 energy saving light bulbs just turn up today - no idea where from - I presume they are a freebie of some sort - but I dont enter anything on the freebies board, so I assume its connected to a comp.

I got some too. Mine were from the Housing Association though, so maybe that's where yours are from.
