i would like buy a laptop

I want to get my mum a laptop. I want it have all software included so she doesnt need to load anything on to it. It doesnt need a lot of memory but i want to get it from somewhere she can take it back if there are any problems or doesnt rip her off with helpline numbers.
I am not after the cheapest just something that will enable to use office and an email and a bit of online shopping

I've got a Dell Studio, I love it... all I do is surf, type letters etc. Online shopping. Hasn't caused me any problems so far (touch wood). I have the 17" version, it cost about £500 ~ coz I wanted it in purple. If she wants to carry it around with her, it is quite heavy ~ you may want to look at the small screen. It was easy to set up and all the software is pre-loaded ready to go!
